Any Indian (male or female) between the ages of 18 and 45 who has completed Grades 10+2 is eligible to join the organization. Anyone can join the organization as a general member and take part in all of our initiatives aimed at improving society in general and children in particular. Examples of these initiatives include Nishulk Shikshan Kaaryakram, Jan Kalyan Yojna, Swarozgar Yojna, etc.
It is moral duty of every person to hep in the development for the better society
In every village and sector across India, the organization appoints a Shiksha Sahayak to provide free, high-quality education to individuals who are unable to complete their elementary school owing to a lack of educational resources or a lack of awareness. Every Shiksha Sahayak would be appointed in accordance with their individual home countries.
Work & Responsibilities of A Shiksha Sahayak
Each Shiksha Sahayak will select at least 10 kids to educate, gathering the bare minimum of student data, including Name, Father's Name, Age, Guardian Contact Number, and Full Address. Shiksha Sahayak will select a clean, well-ventilated location for her study space. The study session will last at least two hours every day. Each Shiksha Sahayak should submit a monthly report to the appropriate supervisor or higher official. Shiksha Sahayak will provide free books, pens, and other supplies to students who are enrolled in classes taught by Nishulk Shikshan Kaaryakram. Every Shiksha Sahayak is required to attend every monthly meeting, training session, and workshop held by the organization.
Every Shiksha Sahayak will receive an allowance from the organization each month in the amount of Rs. 8000.Your fee will be 3000, plus 1000 for rent and 4,000 for the needs of the kids. Shiksha Sahayak is not permitted to charge these children or their parents in any way because this program is entirely free of charge and is being operated by an NGO funded by the Government of India.
Any permanent member of the organization can work as Shiksha Sahayak after completing the formalities listed below:

You will attached your latest (4) Four passport size photos with application form.
All document will be self attested.
Permanent membership receipt will be attached compulsory with front page of application form.
Process Of Selection
Qualify the online/offline exam with 60% marks (Every Subject) or above. After exam qualification an Interview will be conducted and after final qualification his/ her appointment will be done according to address proof.
